Even though the Best Buy Total membership is very expensive, it is worth it. Because electronic mishaps are unpredictable, this membership makes it possible to resolve issues in a timely manner in-store and remotely.

It's a good TV I like the picture but I had to get two to get one that wasn't broken I like the features of Amazon just wish the TV was built better.

This was a good buy for price it’s great the image is beautiful the only problem is the smart tv part. Thought it was the batteries placed name brand batteries. And the tv remote still lags in allowing you to go through apps to pick what you wish to stream.

The Geek Squad is the only way to go. So helpful you really need to purchase the protection. My last TV died at only one year old. I received full credit on my purchase price. Don't leave the store without it :)
