The Geek Squad has been there for every and any problem I have had with any purchase from Best Buy. It is easy to make an appointment with them and they always meet the scheduled time.

I've had warranty from best buy before. This is my second one for a tv and i will purchase one whenever i buy another tv

If it is broken then they can do their best to fix it. They are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to and easy to understand.

Lets hope I never have to use it. I'm glad I have it just incase I know I'm covered.

This is well-made and functions well. Getting a great deal (of the day) on it only made it better.

I called the geeks on my new Hisense TV (since then, returned) to figure out a volume control problem. The first tech just said I should bring it in--no attempt to troubleshoot. The second tech spent a long time with me trying various things, and theorizing about what the cause could be; I appreciated that, even though we were ultimately unable to solve the problem and I had to return the TV.

Like the protection plan on TV which relieve paints when TV is broken after the standard warrenty

I bought the 2020 LG GX OLED and was a little concerned about any possible burn in, and with the 5 year geek squad protection available i will get a new tv if this happens so it was well worth the extra expense.

I usually go both ways on insurance type plans, but Best Buy Geek Squad is worth every penny. My tv needed replacement within the time and they literally put the purchase price on a gift card for me to buy the new tv I wanted. A+ for customer service.

I feel grat about having this product for added protection agains accidents

The Geek Squad service team arrived on time, were extremely courteous, used masks and shoe liners and did a great job explaining the whole install and how to use my new tv. Tv, tuner and speakers were installed and work great!

Anytime I buy anything from Best Buy I always put insurance on it . It’s great because if something goes wrong with it or it gets damaged they will cover it and fix it , if they can’t then they replace it .

Delivery was as expected, courteous, prompt, careful with delivery and answered any questions I had!

We always purchase this protection plan with all our electronics. They cover just about everything except abuse, wich is understandable. The times we have had to use the protection plan, geek squad has always been friendly and highly knowledgeable.
