Best news is I have not had to use it...yet. My last set made it only about four months beyond the factory warranty and I did not have this protection. That will not happen again.

We got this protection for our 55 in flat screen tv. We have three kids so getting a protection plan was a must. One little mishap could destroy the TV and knowing I'm protected makes me have a sense of safeness with my investment.

The five year warranty is great. I bought a TV years ago and the picture died and the warranty completely allowed me to get a comparable TV. Totally worth the money.

The cashier was lazy and use my coupon toward the warranty instead of TV. The company almost loss the sale until another representative saw how upset I was and corrected the order. I have used a prior warranty on another tv and their service was excellent.
