1st Hisense TV so really felt it was the best thing to do with a 2 yr additional warranty. + the price was very fair

The crew that came out to do the install were very polite, and neat. Had a problem with one of the products (component was damaged) they took care of it without any problems, In the past I would do my our install, but for the money it was well worth it, before they left they made sure all components worked to my satisfaction, will use them again, Thank you Best Buy and Sterling

Look no further, for the price you won't get a better picture than this. Almost OLED quaility, but way brighter, so perfect for a Living room with lot of natural light. Save $1000 and get this unit a try.

The agents are always available they are always very knowledgeable and helpful and if they can't help over the phone they get you in immediately to solve your problems if I could give them a higher rating I would definitely worth the extra money

I will say though that in the distant past (back when a 65in Pioneer Plasma TV cost between $9,000 -10,000) they allowed an extension of the original extended warranty and honored their coverage in about year 8 of warranty replacing that TV with an equivalent unit (now Panasonic) which is still in use today some 14 years from the original purchase and still a great TV especially for sports, action and 3D movies.

All good so far as I haven't had to use the extended protection at this point. You cannot go wrong with having peace of mind that if anything goes wrong with your product that it will be fixed or replaced. I have not had to use Geek Squad as of yet and hopefully I never will. One thing I did hear about the Geek Squad Protection is that replacement value of purchase goes down every year. For example if i purchased a $1000 tv and a 5 year warranty and after 3 years I start having problem and they cannot fix it and have to replace it. I will only get a credit of $400 towards a new Tv. I don't know how true that is but I did hear that from a BB employee.

Geek squad protection plans are worth the extra money. several years ago I had purchased a 46" Samsung 3d/smart/hdtv. after less than 18 months, It had a huge dim bar across the screen. it was irreparable and Best Buy had to give me, at minimum, what I purchased. they no longer had 46" 3D/smart/HDTV's, so they had to give me a 55". The plan saved me from having to buy a new tv and I also got a size upgrade. can't beat that!

They came and inspected my broken Hisense TV and was able to replace it. For 100, it is pretty worth for 5 years coverage. I wish the warranty would extend and cover the replacement TV but I have to buy a new 5 year plan. Would be 5/5 if the new TV continued the the previous warranty plan.

I truly recommend this protection I always like to buy extra protection for the items that I buy , if you want to be with no worries just get the protection plan.

Geek squad has been awesome not only did they accepted to take a look at my TV once they found the problem and we're unable to fix it they were very truthful and kind to refund me what I had pay for the television. I was eskeptical in regards to their service but they are amazing.

Everyone I have ever talked to in the store was very knowledgeable and polite. They have installed a car stereo for me before and I currently have there insurance for a tv just in case something happens.

I was lucky to have purchased the insurance for my tv, otherwise I’d would have had to spend money on a new tv, but after a simple call and an coming to my home I was given clear understanding or what to expect, and given a new tv within a couple days

I always purchase this service when i purchase large items. Usually, i do not need the service, but when electronics fail this service is worth every penny.

I always get a 2 year or 3 year protection plan with anything buy from Best Buy. Although we already have the my Best Buy protection plan
