Best Buy offers the best warranty. I will not buy electronics without purchasing the Geek Squad protection plan. I’ve had a few large purchases that failed and Best Buy repaired or replaced my items just as promised. I suggest the extra expense for the protection to all my friends and family.

With risk of burn in, it is always a great idea for protection with these pricey OLED TVs

Nice picture and sound for the price can't be beat. Navigation can be a bit of a pain. Overall good buy!!!

Scott has always been great to me. Their service is quick easy to communicate. I’m usually hesitant to buy it but with these types of items it’s worth it and they always pull through.

Luckily enough, I haven't needed this yet. A 2 yr contract seemed like a decent deal. This is for any mechanical needs. I did not buy install package. My daughter set it up for me.

Geek Squad Protection for products is a great value. We have had to use it a few times and it was painless and easy. I would recommend getting it if you are purchasing high money products that you have the potential of damaging or electronics. Best Buy keep up the great work!

I bought 3 TCL tv's online and used the curbside pickup. I was greeted quickly when I arrived. They were very professional and courteous.

The Qeek Squad is excellent! They have helped me so much. They keep my computer running like it should.

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

First time trying xumo tv. Its great. All apps in one easy to use ui. Tv has hdr. Great features at a price that is more than reasonable.

These warranties are 100% worth the money! I bought a Sony A9G in 11/2020 and it died 11/2022, because of the warranty Best Buy gave me $1800 for the A9G, $100 less than I paid 2 years ago, plus I got to keep my A9G despite its pixel issue. I put the money towards the A95K and bought another 5 year warranty! If you spend $2000+ on a tv, it’s worth it.

Through the years I have purchased numerous extended warranties. Some I never got to use or test. Of Those that I have had the experience of using, most have been disappointing for several reasons. However, for the added cost, Best Buy's Geek Squad's Protection has never disappointed. In fact, I have had several occasions to have to use the Protection Plan's I have purchased and never been disappointed and in fact, the results have surprised me at how great the coverage is. If you get anything from Best Buy that has a extended Protection Plan, I recommend it whole heartedly!

Had to replace my other tv I bought from Best Buy and I bought the 5 year warranty and it’s great to have so you can use that replacement to get another tv!
