The greatest thing about the Geek Squad is that wherever I have used them they have always worked things out. And always there if needed.

Whenever you buy something from Best Buy’s and are offered a warranty get it. Best Buy’s has the best hassle free warranty service you just have to know how to describe your problem, when my sister tv was messing up she got it checked out 3 times until I told her to explain to them that the tv goes blank after hours of use. Come to find out the motherboard on the tv was the problem which got fixed right away when explained the problem properly in stead of just saying it goes black sometimes.

I love the 2 year replacement option better, it's not offered on the TV's. I've gotten 2 out of 3 bad TV's from Best Buy in the last 5 years and had I not purchased this, I would have been out my money. I suggest if you are buying a TV, just pay the extra cash and get a good named brand one like Samsung or Vizio. DO NOT go with the Toshiba or Hisense TV's, they SUCK and you are throwing your money away.

This "insurance" plan is a definite must have, especially if you are not especially tech savvy. I have used it numerous times and it provides peace of mind and is reassuring to know that any problem(s) I encounter with tech issues will be handled in an efficient and thorough way.

I always a good idea to get this protection. Just take the product backband they replace it with no questions asked.

Usually, I never get the extended warranties, but in today's age of electronics, its a sound investment.

Geek Squad not able to help as product still under manufacturer warranty, but transfered me directly to samsung to get replacement

I haven't had to use it yet but it's good to have on standby just in case.

I have it use them but I hope they have a great customer service.

Excellent service even when facing complicated account issues (I have two accounts and the protection and television ended up on different places.) My original television couldn't be fixed so they issued me store credit to put towards a new one. Definitely worth the money.

We haven't had any issues yet with our purchase but glad the support is there if needed.
