I bought tv mount and set it up on the wall by my self. Geek squad thank you.

When i bought the C1 LG OKED tv i knew that ill need a protection plan cover for avoid any future inconvenience. So i bought it. Im not have any problem with the tv buy one never knows. Is a great option and very necessary.

I bought a Sony TV in 2017 and purchased a 5 year Geek Squad warranty. I thought the Sony TV would last a long time, but I decided to buy the warranty just in case. The TV suddenly quit working in May 2020. Best Buy sent a repairman out to check TV. It could not be repaired. They replaced it with a new TV. So glad I had the 5 year warranty. It's also nice to be able to call Geek Squad when I have any questions.

The associate was very knowledgeable and friendly i will definitely come back to buy from this location.

Had to use it on a 3 year old TV that developed pink hues all around the edges. Basically got the amount I paid for the TV to purchase a new replacement tv. Pleasantly surprised at how smooth the entire process was.

Floor staff uplsold me to the 5 year protection plan. Hopefully i dont regret it

This protection plan has been a real life saver in the past. Now, I buy the plans for most of my purchases from Best Buy!

Geek squad service was quick and simple!! I was worried i was going to have to go through all these loop holes just to replace my tv that had lines going across the screen but they ended up giving me options such as a new but same model tv or a gift card for a new one.

I got this when I bought a new TV. I have not had to use this service yet, as the TV is working fine and hopefully I wont ever have to use this service, but it's good to have, just in case.

Worth it to get for insuring your more expensive purchases. Every time I ever had an issue with one of my electronics geek squad was incredibly helpful and fixed the problem.
