    I have used Geek Squad protection for several years. I have always had a pleasant experience. The knowledge and professionalism is what keeps my satisfaction with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. I don't need them often, but when I do I can always count on help is on the way. Thank you for your great department.... The Geek Squad!

    Geek Squad is always there to have your back! I dont have too many problems, but when i have, The Geek Squad has always been there to help, and be worth every other time I've purchased this protection!

    You should always consider purchasing Geek Squad protection on major tech purchases. They have saved me on several occasions, with a television and a computer that stopped working. I can't imagine what it would have cost me to get my tech fixed without the support of the Geek Squad protection plans. A must.

    Good protection for worry free purchase. We got a Hisense TV and worried about it’s longevity so purchased the extra insurance just in case. However the TV had so many problems out of the box we returned it within the 14 days.

    We had purchased a brand new Samsung TV last year and just one month after the one year warranty expired, the TV went caput. Thankfully, we had extended warranty with our credit card company who gave us our full refund to purchase a new TV with a 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan that we had to use just three weeks after purchase. Highly recommend protection, today, as nothing can be sure to lasts like they once did.

    Always protect your technology, you never know if you got a lemon or the product goes out before your protection ends. Geek squad will be there to assist, and they have great customer service.

    OLED Burn-in Protection for Heavy Users=No Brainer

    The only third-party Protection Plan or Warranty offered that I know of that has protection against OLED Screen Burn. This alone made it an excellent puchase for me and allowed me the peace of mind to use my TV without the fear of permanent image retention being a factor.

    Free in home Geek Squad visits have been very helpful! They migrated data between my two I Macs and are helping me fine tune my Wi-Fi system in the house. The agents even make product recommendations and schedule a future appointment to deliver and install new items.

    Unless you want to lose money instead of getting the item repaired/replaced with store credit, I always recommend family and friends to get GSP. it's worth the extra bucks in the event of any issues the item you have develops.
