I purchased this for my new Hisense TV. The TV died in 6 weeks and when I called the Geek Squad I was told I had to deal with the manufacturer for the first year of the warrenty. This is understandable. The Geek Squard member was very nice. My issue was when I tried to cancel it my refund was prorated.

The agents helped me with picking the best tv mount for my needs.

I would have been out $3,500 if it wasn't for this protection plan. I'm now a believer in purchasing these plans as they replaced the tv for a new one no questions asked

It seems like whenever I finally need to use GeekSquad for something important.. they are unable to assist. A little frustrating, I don't pay for extra protection because doesn't seem worth it to me

I have never had to use this for this tv. Price is decent for a warranty on a tv tho

I have not had to use it yet. And I pray I will not have to. But I am glad I brought it. This is my second TV from Best Buy. I never had a problem with the first TV.

Hopefully I don't have to use it but am covered if I do

i got a problem before with a tv, the send a technician, and they give me a gift card for the amount i paid, because the tv was not fixable, so next time i got the service again, so i dont loose my money

Haven't had a problem on Hisense Tv's but there's always a first time, knock on wood. I bought the TV reg price was $1000, for 75", I got on sale for Christmas for $600.00, The protection plan was $ 75. or close, I am proud to be protected. I had the use the plan on another model TV, and bestbuy honored very well.

My wife Samsung went out geek squad was unable to repair it had no problem getting a gift card for full price of the TV used it for the standard warranty on my new 65-in OLED TV

Love the piece of mind. This is for eighteen year old granddaughter. Gaming, movies, constant use. Protection gives piece of mind

I chose to get geek squad protection for 2 years for 43.99 literally covers anything will replace brand new instead of the best buy protection because that one was only for 1 year at 199.00 for a membership yeah ok nice try

[Employee of bestbuy] Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

Well worth the money for this plan. A few years after buying the TV the picture went out.. Geek Squad came to the house in two days. Couldn’t fix the TV so they gave me a new replacement TV. No charge. I will also by their service..

Buying extra warranty always gives piece of mind . They replaced a washer for me before.

I always buy protection with every device I buy. I wouldn't have it any other way.
