I have used them in the past when my computer was hacked into. Hackers really messed up my computer. I appreciated the service Geek Squad did for me. They cleaned it well. Problem was solved...and I got my money back from my Visa Card....The hackers were really stupid--committed fraud BIG TIME!

I bought an open box TV and it had a small burn spot. I called the service and they came out and fixed it. Now I basically have a brand new TV. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful!

I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

I've had my item for going on 8 months now I haven't had to use anything on the warranty yet but I do know that you can renew your warranty once it is up so I must say knowing that you can do that is great because takes a lot of watery off you if your device is getting old and you having problems with it I must have all your electronics a great safety net

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection plan. My tv gave out after 3 years and I was issued a gift card with the value of the tv. Couldnt be more satisfied

The agents were professional and installed 2 TVs reasonable time, made sure I understood how to work them. Arrived on time! Personable and cared about performing quality job!

So glad I got the extra protection. I don’t get it for every purchase, but this is one product I couldn’t protect against surges because of space limitations behind the product. If you can spend a little extra money on the major appliances/products then the protection is worth it.

Having extended warranty gives me a great piece of mind. Best Buy is one of the top customer service provider.

Absolutely the best aftermarket warranty program you can get. I have had to call on them several times with faulty TVs (especially Samsungs) and they stepped up and replaced the faulty units quickly and without any hassles.

I haven't had to use it for my TV I just purchased, but I've used their Geek Squad warranty before and I can say it's excellent.

A no brainer for OLED TVs as it covers screen burn in (image retention)

I liked the TV in the beginning loved I had all the apps that my kids could use to watch shows but not the Volume no longer works, and I am hoping it is just a minor issue and the sound will come on.

No issues yet. Great tv. Responsive, good colors, easy to use, and it sounds great! Very happy with purchase.

I love the geek squad. It has always been a great investment. Peace of mind knowing it’s there if your product fails. When I have had to use the protection plan it has always been a seamless process with geek squad agents. I will not make any major purchase without having geek squad protection.

I always buy the geek skquad protection just in case anything malfunctions . I have 2 items get replaced for what i paid for the product
