Did not use geek squad for my tv install but have used them before for computer problems. Great service with very knowledgeable agents.

The warranty is well worth it they honored my last extended warranty as promised. You never know when you will need it.

Will always protect my TVs. We bought a TV 4 years ago and put a 5 year protection plan on it. Of course something went wrong as 4 1/2 years. Geek squad took care of us and we are able to get a larger, higher quality TV because we had the protection plan on it! AWESOME SERVICE.

I wanted to send it abroad. On Q&A section Westinghouse confirm that it can run on 220v (Picture attached). I pull the data sheet from Westinghouse website, and it says Power Source AC 100V-240V (Picture attached). On the TV itself it is mentioned 120v (Picture Attached). I called Westinghouse, and they conflict their own information on data sheet and Q&A that it cannot run on 220v. What is true Westinghouse?

Haven't had to use Geek Squad Plan for this purchase(and hopefully won't have to!) but in years past, it has been a sense of relief when I damaged an essentially brand new phone. Geek squad protection is worth the peace of mind with some of these expensive tech purchases.

So far I have not needed their help but nice to have them as a backup plan. First TV we purchased had a problem and we thought we didnt know what we were doing but Best Buy was great to help us return it and get a replacement. Replacement TV is great and was easy to set up

Love my Geek Squad protection. I've already used it twice for my computer I previously purchased. I have no worries if something goes wrong, I just call them, they reassure me they can fix, I make an appointment and that's it. I've been very satisfied.

While we haven't had to use the service, it's good to have the reassurance that our new TV is protected. The cost is worth the piece of mind

My original TV was purchased last year as an early birthday present wasnt even a full year old before it quit working so I turned to a store I trust qnd bought my vizio from best buy, I love the protection plan ot covers qlot of things like what happened to my old TV.

This tv is amazing! It optimizes my gaming experience! The guys at Best Buy are professional and will recommend the right product)

Haven’t needed the Geek Squad for this particular item as of yet because I’ve only had it for a month but in the past Geek Squad was worth it so I purchased it
