Was able to utilize this protection plan for a TV of similar value and was able to upgrade to a newer TV. Will always be purchasing the extended protection plan for such purchases in the future.

Don’t buy the product if you don’t buy the protection. They do a great job helping with anything you need

My device has not had any problems, but having the peace of mind that if it broke or malfunctions I could easily get it fixed. Amazing service

During my issues w my Samsung TV, they made it out to my home but ultimately I was told there was nothing that could really be done. Ultimately I had the coverage for the tv and it was replaced.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

This is my first tv since 12 years! I have stepped into the future and I love it! The quality is great will be buying another in the future but bigger

Haven’t had to use it yet but have had geek Squad service several times in the past year and frankly, where I am, they’ve been so good that I always try to purchase through Best Buy.

must have this a five year extended warranty gives you peace for 5 years.

Best purchase I have ever made! Three years after buying a new TV, it broke and could not be fixed. I was able to get a brand new, and bigger TV for free! I, of course, renewed my 5 yr plan, though I hope the new TV lasts me a lobg time!

Great extended warranty on your brand new flat screen TV so if anything happens to it, Best Buy will fix it or replace it would recommend anyone

Best Buy always takes care of me and with this plan I have no worries that my item is protected. I can sleep knowing I’m good especially being an Army family moving the time things happen but best but has the best plans to cover you for sure.

I took the 2 year protection just in case something goes wrong. My past experience with the Geek Squad was great. I would expect to get the same great service on this purchase if necessary.

TVs aren't lasting as long as they used to. Sometimes less than a year before they develop a critical issue. This takes the worry and hassle out of getting it repaired or replaced.
