So far, so good. I have only had the latest product for 3 weeks and thankfully have not needed the service. I have used the service for other products in the past and have always had a friendly and professional experience with geek squad.

A must buy. Never had an issue with Geek Squad, any issues was resolved with a replacement.

We bought this to go with our son's tv. We haven't had to use it, but it was a lot easier to enroll in and alot easier to use if we have to than other protection plans that we have had. Glad to know that it is protected if we have to use it period

If your going to spend a lot of money on quality parts then go ahead and treat yourself to a geek squad protection plan. It’s worth it!!!!

Haven’t needed to use this yet but because of the deal I got on the tv I figured I’d add this plan. Had a friend need pixel replacement twice and though the tv is great can’t be too safe so went with the 5 year protection to be safe .

I read great things about Geek Squad protection for OLED TVs. I got a G3 77 inch recently and this is super critical as backup just in case.

We were so pleased that we purchased the protection plan. During a terrible storm, lightning took our TV out. The Geek Squad came to our home, evaluated the damage, ordered the parts that were needed and fixed our TV. It's working great!

Highly recommended we have not had to use it but o like the peace of mind incase I do

Great protection great customer service very quick with walk-ins before covid may be appointment since covid. Overall quick with services when needed for my products and high knowledge of the plans and the restrictions each plan has.

I don’t mind spending the extra money to have peace of mind knowing that if I have an issue after the factory warranty runs out that I will be able to still receive repairs or a replacement!

When I purchased a new computer for myself, I also bought one for my mom, who lives 700 miles away. I purchased the geek squad access for our computers, and when my mom has needed some help, I don't have to try to talk her through it over the phone - she can take her computer to her local best buy!

It took a few minutes, and a couple transfers, and this was my first call to the Geek squad, but with their patience, my problem was resolved on the first call. Definitely worth the price of the fee for the maintenance. Thanks, Best Buy.
