It’s a warranty! And it’s for 5 whole years! I mean, it’s pretty self explanatory, but if you get an oled tv it is important to note that this does cover the burn in effect that sometimes happens from static images.

I love this program, I am not really tech savy and the new Tvs are much smarter than I. Whenever I have a problem with my Sony Bravia and my Samsung Qled I just call and they come out and fix the problem for me. Usually its not the Tv, just the lack of knowledge of the user. LOL

I believe the protection plan is a must have for expensive tech that you plan on keeping for years to come. In the past, I had to make claims a few times on my products and the geek squad always corrected the issue.

Not only do we all want warranty on our stuff but who better to take care of my electronics then Geek squad. I’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t solved and if it got to the point where it could not be solved it was replaced no questions asked
