TV is great, quality of images, feels like a more expensive tv

Geek squad has helped fix an issue with the buttons on my tv I'm happy i bought the 2 year warranty for my device.

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

I highly recommend Geek Squad protection. We purchase it on all of our high priced electronics. It gives you peace of mind and you know that your items are protected. Nothing like getting an item replaced and not having to purchase a new one.

A must have when buying large TV’s , I bought a 65inch 2 years that went down (the power supply went out...I called them up and they shipped out all the parts to my address came to my home and fixed the tv... once again a must have!

Always get this with any expensive items. They are knowledgeable and try and fix the issue. Have had extended service plans with other companies and it’s like pulling teeth to get anything done. It is worth the extra money for peace of mind.

I have had the protection plan and used in the past had no problem, they fixed my problem. The plan did what I wanted it to do very happy.

Hope I never need it but incredible levels of reassurance and confidence if something goes sideways!

Haven't had to use it yet for my tv. But not a bad thing to have for just in case.

I have not needed with my TV but in the distant past used the Geek Squad for a lap top.

Great and worth the price for the warranty def would recommend.
