I usually buy the warranty for the products I purchase at Best Buy. I have used the warranties I have purchased in the past for every one of my washers. I would recommend at least getting the warranty on any washer purchased.

Geek squad protection is honestly the best. I’ve also bought it and twice I got store credit for a newer device that they couldn’t fix!

I always purchase the protection plan because returning an item is hassle free no matter what happens accidental damage or product failure. Simply walk in swap them out and be on your way.

Loved my geek squad team+ Courteous, timely, Well mannered and very instructive. Quick and easy install.

Have not had to use their service yet on new tv but have had great response when needed on computer

I hope i never have to use this but it is a nice feature to have. Figure it was better to have it in case. Replacing a new TV can get expensive

I hope to not need this but am assured it will cover any damages by movers. It did NOT cover transportation of the TV from the store to my house.

Who,are you going to call after the manufacturer warranty ends? Best Buy Geek Squad, that’s who. They are the best and will be there when/if needed.

Worth having when buying any electronic merchandise from Best Buy, just to cover yourself. We had a Sony 55" Tv that blew up after four years, and we got a new Tv because we had the extra protection in warranty.

The cashier was lazy and use my coupon toward the warranty instead of TV. The company almost loss the sale until another representative saw how upset I was and corrected the order. I have used a prior warranty on another tv and their service was excellent.

Great service when my graphics card fried. Easy return and they helped extensively when I brought it in.

We got this protection for our 55 in flat screen tv. We have three kids so getting a protection plan was a must. One little mishap could destroy the TV and knowing I'm protected makes me have a sense of safeness with my investment.

The protection plan is a great choice when purchasing more expensive electronics. Can’t beat the ability to replace something you bought if it breaks without the hassle of manufacturers. The only negatice would be the price point.

The sales agent was great. Made sure i understood what i was buying. So no buyers remorse

Purchased the geek squad five year protection plan I’m glad we did. Hopefully we have nothing wrong, but if we do, it’s worth it.

I've purchased the two years protection because of economic reasons, but when it time to renew I will have that option. Hopefully I will never have to use it but I'm glad it's a option for me just in case I do.
