I give them an excellent rating. My first LG TV failed after about 4 years. My Geek protection qualified me for full original price toward a new TV.

OMG I had a problem with a screen I purchased and they without asking any hard time gave me the best solution in matter of seconds the squad rocks besides it covers everything many people thinks is expensive but if you divided in years is cheaper than buying a new tv

Based on everything I've read, this is the most comprehensive protection plan one can find. I'm concerned about long-term durability of my new LG OLED and this plan covers everything I'm concerned about.

Worth the money most of the time. I have used my policies 4 different times and only one time it didn't cover the repair. I would recommend the protection on most expensive items.

I have been purchasing from Best Buy for years now and when it comes to high price items (e.g. TV, PC, et al), I always usually add the GSP because I know that when I have an issue, Best Buy will take care of it.

Love it love it! When working remotely from home it was so much easier then using a laptop. Love the screen size fit’s perfect on my little desk. I haven’t had any problem’s with it so far.

I do buy coverage on items. The only thing that bothers me is that the first year, the coverage is actually covered by the manufacturer. So your paying of "two years"really only gives me 2nd year coverage. At least that's the way I understand it.

Very nice to have this service to play it safe when buying expensive items. Better than most other services that have been coming out recently. Highly recommended to pick this one up just in case
