Best news is I have not had to use it...yet. My last set made it only about four months beyond the factory warranty and I did not have this protection. That will not happen again.

Haven't needed to use my warranty yet and I hope I never will but I have used a best buy/geek squad warranty in the past and they always hold up their end of the deal.

I haven’t had to use it yet but it does bring some comfort knowing my purchase is protected if something happens to it.

I normally don't buy extended warranties, but this warranty was a good value for the 5 year plan. Hopefully we won't need it, but I have peace of mind knowing the T.V covered if anything goes wrong.

We have never had an issue when we used Geek Squad. They are always receptive and able to help.

Considering I have not had the opportunity to try this service, I have had it before. I appreciate their expertise. Hopefully I won't have to contact them,but I know the problem will be resolved quickly!

The best warranty from any merchant! For my purchased kids TV, its awesome. But kinda pricey if you want to get it for an OLED! But you get what you pay for!

Additional warranty coverage for our new TV. Have not had to use it (hope we never do), but if something goes wrong with the TV, it's good knowing that we have extra coverage.

This Geek Squad service warranty is great. I do not regret it.

A 5 year warranty is essential for tv models above $400. 1 or 2 problems, it will pay for itself. Don't have to mail it to the company, just take it to the closest Best Buy or have them work on it at your home, for large screen models. Wish they would refund half the cost of the warranty if there were no problems.
