I have not use this plan, but i have used it on previous TV's. I was able to walk in with a dead tv and walk out with a new tv during those experiences. Not cheap, but good peace of mind.

We purchased the 5yr protection plan with our original TV in 2014. We had to bring the TV in 3 times for issues. The last time they had to junk it and gave us a new one with absolutely no hassles. We've purchased the same warranty for this new one. Well worth the $59.99!

Even with getting a smaller TV for the Spare room we still bought this extended coverage! It truly makes sense, with the Smart Tv's there could be glitches, that's computer life! So this allows the Geek Squad to work there magic if anything happens!

5 Year Standard Geek Squad Protection has been a money saver in the past when it comes to the latest in electronic equipment. It seems like the more features in electronics the more susceptible to being harmed. So it can be worth it for expensive items.

purchased this 2 year warranty for really great price. Will save me from any hassle should the TV malfunction in the future. geek squad comes to your house to fix it for this size of tv ( for smaller you have to take it to them that is what I was told). I have not needed it yet.

Good price for two years of protection. I’ve had Geek Squad anti virus and the help with that was excellent.

In the past years they were 100 percent is what they said that is why I always purchase the Geek squad on all mu purchases

The color on my TV started to fail so I called. Long story short they replaced the set right away.

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability
