The agents arrived right on time. Installed my new wall bracket and tv!! Totally recommend buying the 5 year contract. My old tv went out 4 years 11 months into the contract and the replacement was a total upgrade!!

The warranty was reasonable. Although I have not had to use it, this will definitely be helpful if something happens.

I recently called the Geek Squad and they set up an appointment to come to my home. They called before arrival, very knowledgeable and did some adjustments on my 82” LG tv…. Problem solved.

My son likes it. He wants a different one but I believe he is liking this 1 now.

Standard Geek Squad Protection provides me peace-of-mind on my Sony 4K HDR TV purchase for five years. And I can always return to the store for electronics advice - something you can't do with a regular extended warranty.

Nice to have extra Warranty for items you buy, but the Prices for the Extended Warranty have INCREASED DRAMATICALY.

The Geek Squad guys are top notch and professional. They also took the time to show me how to use the remote and made sure I could go to my Roku and also my BluRay player. I would not think of investing money in a new 55" HD TV without a five year protection plan.

Would not purchase a major appliance without it. Best Buy’s warranty picks up when the manufacturers ends unlike most that charge you and arm and a leg and then have the guts to run it concurrently!

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

I decide to purchase the extended warranty because my previous TV only lasted 3 years. This warranty is for 5 years so I felt it was worth the cost.

These warranties have suited many times. I usually don't buy them outside of Best Buy because I know they are a rip off. Best Buy honors their warranties.

I haven’t had to use it but I’m glad it’s there if I need it.

Do yourself a favor and get a service plan! It covers the tv for almost anything that happens to it. Not dropping it, but most regular things that can happen are included in the warranty. I have always had the extended warranty from Best Buy and I will continue to do the same.
