Haven't had to use geek squad protection as yet. I hung my own tv did my own connections and un boxing. They did offer to do these things. This is what I do for a living so I didn't need that done. I guess it's great a Haven't needed them for warranty purposes as yet.

As per manual, sounds likes reliable and easy in case anything goes wrong. First time buying this and bought for both vizio tv

I got the 5 year protection plan for my new Samsung smart tv. You never know what can go wrong these days with new technology, so just in case to be safe i got the five year protection plan. The price depends on the model of of tv. Mine was kind of expensive.

Well I had other products I had bought from Best buy anf they always keep there word on warranty

I rely on my protection plan like gold. The Geek Squad is always there when I need them.

Great graphics for The price. Its also nice how they have the quick pick options for a few apps on the remote

I haven’t used it with my TV purchase. But I have used the warranty before on my Washer Machine and they sent a technician to fix the problem I had. I had good experience so I purchased it again.

Geek squad was worth it for this product. I made a wide decision to purchase it.

I have not used the extended warranty but did plenty of research and wether should buy or not and I pulled the trigger. Everything I’ve read says Best Buy has the best warranty you can buy.

This is an insurance policy and as such it provides peace of mind even if it isn't ever used. It made sense for my TV and wasn't too expensive.

I've had no beed of this yet, but previous products have been well serviced by them

Great peace of mind that I hope goes unused. If something does go wrong, I'll have some recourse.

Hope I do not need it, but when you put out this kind of outlay, knowing it's covered is great

I bought the Geek Squad protection for 5 years for my 50 in Insignia TV. I do a lot of business with Best Buy and I've only had to use it once in the past but for $55 for 5 years you cannot go wrong.

Had previously bought the extended plan for my 82" samsung. Luckily i did cause tv went out within 3 years. Tv was replaced with no hassles. Bought another extended warranty for this new tv.

Benefits for the price was excellent. Will buy again.
