Better than working with the manufacturer!

I've had several TVs and items have failures and working directly with Best Buy/Geek Squad is far faster and easier than with the manufacturer.

Things kept messing up and the tv died a few months before the service was up. They refunded the money on a gift card since they don’t carry that one anymore so I got them a nice one that they love.

I made sure to include them with my order.. havent had to use them(thank god) however its peace of mind know i can if need be!
