I wanted more space on my fire TV so I called the geek squad and they walk me through it step-by-step

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

Overall they can help with minor or not complex things but aren’t too good at complicated things. They are good to help walk you thru the things they do know.
