Tyler had to come for a site visit to make sure they would be able to do the work. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

I was allowed to exchange my television; however, I was not happy with the policy for larger televisions. Customer service insisted that a technician would come to my home to check to see what was wrong. I have a choose as to who I allow into my home and I did not appreciate feeling pressured to allow them to come. I requested a refund because they were unrelenting.

I always purchase the 5 year warranty with Geek Squad on higher end electronics for peace of mind and in home repair.

Some agents are helpful some are just ignorant, i had to deal with few of them for my 1 transaction, over all was okay service.

Their amazing!Like seriously AMAZING!! I have the hardest time understanding most technology but they are there to guide the way!
