TV developed fine horizontal lines couple months ago, picture sometimes delayed coming up on my 50” TV. Called Geek Squad and the next day servicemen were here, parts ordered and they were back a week later. Upon their inspection they called for the TV to be replace, they delivered the replacement & took away the damaged one. The only cost to us was a new protection plan (5yr) and being patient a couple weeks

I had an issue with a defective product and after a lengthy discussion with customer support to prove that is was a product defect and nothing I did, my new product was delivered and installed 2 days later with the defective one hauled away. Had the customer service end of things been smoother, my rating would be higher, but overall i was glad I bought the protection and was very happy with how everything was handled once my claim was approved.

I have a rest of mind knowing that if there’s anything going wrong with my setup, I’ll have a timely response from the Geek Squad to repair or replace the faulty parts.

Always nice to have extra protection on big purchases

I think it's important to get the protection plan. The first time I used it was for my dyson cordless vacuum. I got a completely new one because it could not be fixed in the store. But of course for the new one you would have to purchase a new protection plan. I've also purchased it for a TV but since it was my son who threw something at the TV (accidentally) and the screen looked chatterd it definitely was not covered. All I could get back was the protection plan money because it was still under the year I purchased it on.

This product is very good and I recommend it , it is reliable

This TV was exactly what I was looking for and for an amazing price. The picture and sound quality are both amazing and I am a fan of the Home Screen interface. The Samsung channels built in are great it seems they combine the channels from various free streaming TV platforms. This was a great buy and highly recommend.

Amazing tv and picture!!! Bright for a oled. I’ve had a mini led from Samsung and this is still superior to even mini led. My ps5 games look amazing. Even regular cable tv the details are just amazing. I have a bright living room and this still works great. Love it!!!

Bought this for my second TV I bought from Best Buy just for a peace of mind at a great cost. I believe in Best Buy and I know they'll honor my warranty when I need it the most!
