Have not needed to use this yet. Hope I don't ever need it but have it because I had another $1200 TV that lasted about a year and seven months before it stopped working and no extended warranty.

Warranty is a must buy. Because sometimes the manufacturer warranty runs out right after your stuff stops working

Getting a Best Buy warranty is always a good deal! With the smart tv's being a "fairly new" technology, I figured I couldn't go wrong with the fantastic Best Buy Geek Squard looking out for me for the next 5 years!!

Normally don't buy such service for TVs but did some research and good to cover gaps in warranty like bad pixels, etc. Worthwhile investment.
