I didn't keep the TV so I was refunded, and it went to the next TV I bought. Oh, I would suggest getting the 2 yr protection plan, it's cheaper than the 5 yr plan and when its time to renew, it is MUCH cheaper!

Not sure yet as I have yet to use my protection plan. It was a bit expensive. 300 for 5 years. I don’t usually buy protection plans, but since I spent nearly 1400 on a tv, I figured I would get the plan JUST in case...

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

Had to have Geek Squad come out to help hook up the new Smart TV wth Cable and Samsun Soundbar, turns out everthing was hooked up wrong and now everything works with the Cable remote. Glad I bought coverage.

Always good piece of mind for when ever you may need it. Bought for a TV we bought a few months ago. Then with this second new TV decided it was a good investment.

If you can afford the extra $$? DO IT. IT's a gamble if you'll ever use it, but hey...Insurance.
