I can hold my own but i alway get great service with my Geek Squad! Fast, reliable, replacement fast, walk you through trouble shooting. They are great!

I bought only the 2 year geek squad service. Hopefully the tv will outlast that, but I purchased due to the likely hood that any failure will probably be an early one and the squad will handle pixel or other failures after the 1 year HiSense warranty.

I love to always get a Protection for the years cause you never know what will happen. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

TV got here safe and sound without any breaks in the display.

The sales representatives were very helpful and the checkout time was very good and the customer services was good also.

I always try to buy the insurance plan because you never know when you hide them.Will break down and the geek squad works for me

I am very satisfied with the LG TV that has good sound a fairly good picture and I’m very satisfied that everything is working out. OK that’s all I can say about it right now.

This TV has the best picture of any tv I've ever owned. Even the sound is great. My only draw back would be the game mode. While it has to be in game mode for some fast moving games for the timing to work the picture doesnt look nearly as good. Only use game mode if the controls feel sluggish and it will corret them. Otherwise use the best picture you can and your game will never look better.

I used their service once on my computer and they did awesome. They explained fully what was wrong with this and advised me what to do if this happens again. Great people who fixed it.

Have not had the need to use this as yet but will definitely take advantage of this service if necessary.

The protection for my tv was a good choice. So far Haven’t had to use it

Every time you purchase some high-value equipment that is sensitive to changes in the electrical system, consider the extended warranty for as long as possible and, together with the manufacturer's, it will give you a lot of peace of mind when solving any problem with your equipment. Geek Squad are very responsible and above all very efficient with their services.

Never known what can happen but with Geek Squad Service I know I'm covered.

Only place i buy my electronics.. just make sure to get the warranty
