Needed to protect my purchase! I haven’t needed to use the service but glad to have it!

I am usually not a warranty guy, but I finally overcame my fears and got an OLED TV and this is one time I felt the cost was justified. Turns out Best Buy's warranty is the only one in the business that covers burn-in! I was so afraid to get an OLED< but with the peace of mind this gives me I am able to enjoy gaming and movies on the best TV I have ever laid eyes on. If the dreaded burn-in happens, Best Buy has my back.

I highly recommend Geek Squad extended warranty. I have had 2 TVs fail which, were covered by the warranty. Best Buy replaced both TVs no problem. All I had to do was make the phone call; the new TV was delivered, and the old TV taken away. In fact, I upgraded the last time and just had to pay the difference.

my tv was 40 days old and the hdmi ports burned out , made a call and got a repair person out the next week

Come on, when you buy a TV, you gotta get geek. Squad protection

I have a rest of mind knowing that if there’s anything going wrong with my setup, I’ll have a timely response from the Geek Squad to repair or replace the faulty parts.

Bought this for my second TV I bought from Best Buy just for a peace of mind at a great cost. I believe in Best Buy and I know they'll honor my warranty when I need it the most!

I had to use Gerk squads protection. They made it very easy to replace the AC.

It was very easy to replace the TV when it broke. I recommend buying the warranties because they are really worth it.
