My Vizio panel went bad after 4years 10 months, 5 Year got me into my new LG without having to pay hardly anything out of pocket! Was easy to call and initiate with Best Buy, had a new TV next day.

It was one of the hottest days this summer and I really appreciated the service. Communication was very good with updates on delivery status as well. TV is light and thin. Unboxing and getting it out of the box was very simple. You'll see what I mean :)
