My tv installation was very simple. All that was required was mounting the tv on the wall. I dont have any other devices that needed to be connected to my tv.

I have not used this for my purchase recently, thoigh i will say my previous experiences with Geek Squad was useful to me.

Our TV died and fortunately we had the Geek Squad warranty. When they came they were very courteous and professional. Knew exactly what the problem was and explained everything in terms we could understand. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix it but we got our money back and we’re able to buy a new one right away.

I have had this support for many years now and it sure has cut down all the frustrations of any problems with a computer and Ipad and more. My computers have lasted much longer with the Geek Squad help too.

It has been too soon for me to tell anyting about the warranty but I heard that it was awesome and protect everything and it's worth having so I would have eyes purchase it because you never know what can happen to your merchandise so purchase it and let them help you enjoy your merchandise to the fullest

Every item I purchase from Best Buy I always get an extended warranty one thing I say about Best Buy they stand behind their warranties thank you very much keep up be good work.

This is much needed warranty if you don't want to pay annually

I recommend extended warranties on most high-end televisions. The cost of replacement panels are well worth the warranty price. If they don't make the parts anymore Best Buy will give you the replacement value in a equally featured television. The extended warranty has paid off for me in the past.

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

I bought this plan for my 55" LG CX OLED because it specifically states that it protects my purchase from burn-in. I had the opportunity to purchase the same TV for cheaper (after taxes) from AAFES but their plan does NOT cover burn-in.

Geek Squad service and installation is the very best! They are committed and dedicated to providing quality installation and service. The personnel are very professional, arrived on time and even called when they were on their way. I can’t recommend Geek Squad highly enough!!!

We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

I have purchased this for four 55" TV's in the last eight years. And have used it twice. If they can't fix it. They will let you pick a replacement of equal or greater value on any brand. Of course, you pay the difference on any upgrade.

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

We love the service we get with Geek Squad, they are professional and will take the time to trouble shoot your problem. If they cannot fix it they will replace it. I’ve been using Geek Squad for over 20 years. They are dependable and keep you posted on the status of your repair or if applicable, your replacement.

Better safe than sorry. Just get it, it ends up being worth it.
