Have not used yet but wouldn’t buy the tv without purchasing

We have not had to use it yet but it is reasurring that we will have the service available to us in case we need to use them. It gives us the peace of mind that if we run into a problem with one of our devices that it is just a phone call away.

Comes in handy just make sure to keep it up to date

So far do good. I had a small line issue. Call them thex came out and correct the small line issue. I will always call them if I need them. I will recommend the service to anyone.

I have this tv for 2 years without an issue. Easy to and learn. I LOVE SAMSUNG.

Purchased protection service for TCL TV, but (fortunately) haven't had to use it yet. The TV was a Black Friday sale, and the 5 year protection plan was affordable. Peace of mind in case I have any issues with the TV in the next 5 years.

No-brainer. Purchased one on a 65" Samsung TV for the living room and it started having dead pixels and it was repaired and and looks as good as it did new. Hoping won't need this one on this new TV; but it is great having peace of mind.

Great deal for a protection plan. Highly recommend especially if you’re forking out a lot of money.

Don't want to have one component go south and leave your whole setup in a lurch, right? Your best bet is to just throw money at the protection plan for each item. Worst case scenario you'll never need it and curse this review for making you spend extra money, but in a pinch? You'll be grateful.

The tv has a great picture. It was easy to set up. It is still working very well. Sturdy construction.

Tv picture went out almost completely.. called up and let them know. Had a new tv delivered the next day and they removed the old tv... great service

Best thing I ever bought. I would highly recommend that you always get theirs. If you’re buying in the appliances TVs anything they need to be serviced well worth the money.
