Have never had an issue with Geek Squad to help me with any issues regarding the products I had purchased the plan for. You can’t go wrong purchasing the protection plans.

I purchased a televison and of course I had to also purchase the 5 Year Geek Squad Protection Plan. It gives me peace of mind that if I were to have any problems at all with my tv I can count on Geek Squad repairing or replacing my product.

I'm concerned that a ROKU TV brand will not hold up like a top of the line brand such as Samsung or Sony. I felt I needed this extended warranty just in case.

For my big-item purchase that contains delicate electronics, this seemed like a good idea, "just in case." So far so good, but you never know, and it does give me peace of mind.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Best Buy when it comes to the geek squad protection plans. I have purchased them for all my electronics and If a problem has ever arose it was taken care of quickly... just how it should be!

Have used Geek Squad before and are year happy we have this 5 year service on our TV

I like having geek squad, for the most part it has been great, I did have a problem with my laptop, brought it in, they sent it out to be fixed. They also charged me because they said the problem it had wasn't covered under my protection plan, but when I got it back, it still wasn't fixed, so basically I went with no computer for almost a month.

Great protective plan. I have 3 tvs and 3 have been replaced or fixed in the last 5 years.

I bought the 5 year warranty because the TV I purchase was worth $4000. I don't have to worry about my TV if something goes wrong. I will be fully covered.

Its been very useful to buy since it helps ease the worry of it breaking

Love this TV. The picture is amazing. I love that it allows you to play Xbox through the cloud.

Geek Squad Services are recommended especially for large UHDTVs. I enjoy the service in Culver City because they do stand behind their product in case the item breaks or is damaged in some way, and it's very much recommended. I would say get the five year plans if you can afford it since it does get costly when you purchase only the two year plans.

Geek Squad is out standing in addressing issues and getting them resolved. With Total protection I can feel assured all my products are protected. Great program.

Great when u need it but kind of expensive depending on the product price

I say it's it's a must have because you never know when your item wants to act up it can be the first week of the last day on your 5 year plan best buy will always fix it or just replace it then you get another 5 year plan on your new item again

Great peace of mind for new OLED TV. Don't have to worry about burn-in for 5 years.

Havnt had to use my geek squad service for my tv , so hopefully if I do I have great service . If you can afford this service , I highly recommend it
