I really enjoy having Geek Squad Protection for all the products I have purchased.

Polite and respectful. Agent wore shoes covers which I really appreciated. Approved a replacement tv straight away when it was deemed not cast effective to fix the old one.

I thought this seemed like a good deal as they will come to my house to fix problems with the TV.

Have used the Geek Squad twice since I bought it. Both times for installation of appliances. Men are very professional and respectful of COVID-19.. Great job installing and will use them again.

I love Geek Squad. Geek Squad has always been helpful with all of my devices. I don't let anyone else touch any of my electronics. I am glad to have Geek Squad services for all of my electronics.

I usually get the geek squad protection with my electronics to give me piece of mind that im covered if something goes wrong

We bought this protection for our laptap and love that we can have geek squad check it for viruses and ensure it is running efficently.

The television I had wasn't one they were able to replace as the brand didn't provide parts (to America?). In place of a mediocre HD tv, I received an (upgrade) 4K television, with Apps that are actually useful.

Always is good to have a service plan, so it’s important to make sure to use it

Overall they can help with minor or not complex things but aren’t too good at complicated things. They are good to help walk you thru the things they do know.

Recommend getting the insurance for the TV even though it’s a five-year plan you never know what could happen in those five years specially when one has little kids like to throw things around the house.

They worked with me regarding a return while a tv was repaired. Turns out it was damaged when returned to the store. I ended up with the new tv which I liked better. They were very helpful and understanding.

The 5 year warranty was a great price for my OLED tv, and having used Geek Squad Warranty in the past, I know that i will have no issues using it should the need arise.

Great value for any “Just In Case” situation because you never know.

Got the two year protection plan mainly for the chance of burn in. From what I understand Best Buy covers burn in . Hopefully I don’t ever have to use it but I feel it’s necessary for and 1600 dollar investment

Great service can't recommend geek squad enough, they take care of everything.

Haven't used Geek Squad yet, but the warranty is better than the other ones available elsewhere online, cheaper, and for 5 years instead of 4.

It is always good to get the Warranty hopefully won't have to use it

Great protection if i need it has cam in handy in the past . I always get at lease 2 year protection plan
