I’m OK with this warranty protection plan long as they do what they say they going to do I have no problem with it but we’ll see if something goes wrong.

Warranty was taken care the day of purchase!!!……..

We buy all our appliances from Best Buy and always get the warranty and Geek Squad protection and have never been disappointed. They are helpful and easy to work with.

I actually had to have a tv replaced. Geek Squad made sure I knew it had to be removed from the wall to get replaced.

picking up another x95j today as last 2 had problems, one had crack in screen and second had band down middle of screen, so picking another one up today, 2 year warranty is probably best to get although sam club and costo offer free 3 year warranty’s and 90 day return policy’s so i would like to see best buy’s policy’s on pair BUT only best buy will actually come to repair the tv in home, other stores ether ship it out for repair or replace entirely

Agents are usually readily available and always stay with me as long as it takes to resolve my issue and don't make me feel like the dunce that I am! Worth the cost!

When purchasing my new TV, I decided to go with the 5 year protection warranty. Just mades my feel better knowing that if something happens, I am protected.

Boughtbthe orotection because TV was an open box and I liked the service they offer. They will go to your house to fix the item and replace if they can't fix. Haven't used it yet but that is what they say.

It's very assuring to know I have protection in the future. I always want help to resolve issues and geek a Squad is excellent in assisting customers.

Every time we purchase a big ticket item we buy the five year protection plans and geek squad has repaired several of my tv’s do to power surges.

Had issues with my p series vizio and after 4 years this protection plan took care of giving me a brand new TV... Works as advertised

Well, I figured I better purchase the 2 Year Protection Plan for my New TV just Incase. I know I have had issues and problems with this type of Protection Plan Before on Different TV’s and items from Best Buy but I guess it really comes down to the peace of mind.

I always purchase the protection for the geek squad. Why not have that peace of mind when purchasing big ticket items for just a few dollars more. Its better than having to go out and replace it at full price!
