I have not had the necessity to use the coverage for any of the devices bought with the Geek Squad Protection.

We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

Like to be squad they're very good and I've always had a good luck with them I'm there great people to help to assist with someone and maybe you have problems with whatever and as far as repairs and then really good and it's always good to have someone like to geek squad I would recommend the key squad to anyone it has any problems like with electronics overall

I usually get the geek squad protection whenever I buy anything. I made a mistake one time and didn’t get it and lo and behold. I needed it and I will never purchase anything with a big dollar value without the geek squad protection ever again.

Great piece of mind protection for my new Sony Bravia 5!

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I absolutely love this tv. The quality on it is out of this world, It’s super bright and supports Dolby Vision and Atmos. It has all kinds of features and it looks modern with the slim bezels. The QLED brings out a perfect picture and the only complaint I would have is the “ghosting” when watching fast motion content.

The geek squad protecrion was a very good buy being that my items usually hv slite problems not all the time some times

im really glad i buy the extended warranty as you never know what will happen in the future and if your like me you dont have alot of money to throw around at times. so its good to pay a little more now then alot later when you may have to pay a whole lot or be out whatever it is at the time. personally think its worth it as the one year warranties are usually very limited and if u dont find ur item under their exact perimeters then you cannot make a claim.

The television protection plan for the Geek Squad is nice for the price that we purchased it for. If anything happens to the television we are able to get quick results because we purchased the plan for any issues that may occur. With an item that size I think it a great idea to purchase a protection plan.

Geek Squad protection is FOUL...!!!! I was told that the protection plan would start after the manufacturers warranty ended. Samsung gives a Minimum of 1 year manufacturer warranty. So I purchase the 2 year Geek Squad protection for approximately $250.00. in July 31, 2020. Samsungs warranty ended July 31, 2021....therefor, by what I was told by the Best Buy sale person, my Geek Squad protection should start July 31, 2021 and end July 31, 2023. When I called best buy to claim my protection...because the TV has a defect with pixels going dead....lots of pixels, so the best buy rep told me the plan expired ...GET THIS....BECAUSE THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION STARTED THE SAME TIME SAMSUNGS WARRANTY STARTS. WHAT SINCE DOES THAT MAKE TO HAVE A PLAN GOING WHILE IT'S STILL UNDER WARRANTY. AS I WAS TOLD WHEN PURCHASING THE TV THAT IT WOULD START AFTER THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ENDS. BEST BUY THAT'S NOT RIGHT..... AND THEY KNOW IT'S NOT RIGHT...and gave me the option to PAY $130 more dollars to have a diagnostic test of the TV.

This is a great service and I would recommend for any purchase

This is an expensive investment to protect my expensive purchase.

The Geek Squad protection is one of the best if you have an issue with your product you just taken in no questions asked exchange for a new product.
