bought the 5 year protection for my tv, haven't had to use it yet but worth the investment

Geek squad is awesome. Just pick up a phone and call. They will assist you and if they can't they will find someone that can.

Totally worth it! Had to have the main board replaced on our tv I dealt with 3 different techs they were all great!

Seriously, I can't imagine why anyone would spend a lot of money on audio or video without Geeksquad protection.
