Out of all warranties I’ve ever purchased Geek Squad is the only ones I truly trust.

Absolutely worth it, and comes with alot of nice perks. For example, if you are buying a television 55 inches or larger, a Geek Squad member will be able to visit your house to process the warrant claim. That's huge, because carrying around large used televisions, in which you probably won't have the box, can be a big hassle. Very comprehensive coverage, especially for OLED televisions.

I typically don't do extended warranties, But these days, unfortunately, manufacturing quality isn't what it used to be and I didn't want the hassle of dealing with the manufacturer if my Polk S2 sound bar died... and die it did. It was a breeze to walk into the Best Buy store with my soundbar and accessories and get an immediate refund for exchange or upgrade to another system. Definitely worth the extra $24.95 for ease of return and peace of mind. Not too bad for $5.00 a year for 5 years of insurance.

Unfortunately, I am unable to attest to the current contractual services re: 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I have not used it yet. However, in the past I have never had a problem repairing or replacing products using the Geek Squad protection plans.

Makes me feel safe I have professionals that will work on my products.

I always deal good with the Geek Squad they haven't let me down yet thank you.

They were friendly and helpful but getting the appointment was more difficult than it needed to be

Let’s hope the tv either lasts longer or breaks within g the 5 year window, this warranty purchase will determine if I ever purchase one again. 10/10….

I would always recommend this, especially on small appliances and television as if you need it they are courteous and prompting getting you satisfaction and it always helps to be able to get things taken care of right away

Geek squad service has been great so far. They helped me out in store when I had questions.

I purchased the monitor and it was broken as to wear you couldn’t see it until the monitor was turned on. I didn’t really need my warranty because it was a new purchase however I did my return and replacement through Geek squad and they were polite and helpful

Great price and excellent picture. The 4k channels are amazing. I purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price. I’ve used these warranties from Best Buy in the past and TV was replaced.

I’ve yet to use the service but worth the value! Always get extra protection.

Can’t go wrong with the Geek squad!! They not only know about tv’s, computers & laptops but cell phones as well!! 2 thumbs up!!

Had this on my last TV, it began having issues just before plan expired so I got lucky. BB kept trying to repair it but then something else came up. I was kind of ticked off as it was costing more to keep trying useless repairs. Finally after over 3 months of failed attempts they called it a wash. I took the full credit and upgraded to a better set. It was a pain but in the end they apologized when they reveiwed my purchase history. I got another 5 year plan for the new TV.

I favor buying from Best Buy largely because of their Geek Squad for technical questions!

Had to use my warrant within 1 days on my tv... Nothing dude to the TV itself. I bought an open box 75 and it had hot spots. The TV was swapped out with a brand new 1 although I bought open box for hundreds left.
