I was interested in this product because of the price and the brand. I haven't had any problems for more than 6 years and it was a Christmas gift for father in-laws.

I haven’t had to use it yet. I did get the 5/6 year plan. Just in case.

With my luck, as soon as manufacturing warranty ends, Geek Squad will kick in and I’ll have piece of mind. I always het a Geek Plan.

So far have not had to use them but bought this with other high end purchases will surely ease your mind on things especially if you are buying items worth up to and past $200.

Bought my dad a new TV and there was no doubt that I was going to purchase a 2 year protection plan. I have purchased a tv in the past and did not get a protection plan, after my 1 year warranty was up I started to notice screen burn in...needless to say there was nothing I could do about it. Not no more, that will never happen to me again. A MUST HAVE!

Hopefully we won't need to use this warranty but wanted to make sure we had it just in case.. I'm so tired of buying stuff they come with a 1 year warranty after the 1 year warranty they fall apart.

This is a great television set and I would recommend it to anyone seeks the maximum in image quality. Samsung's nano-crystal technology allows for vibrant colors and great brightness. I just bought this Samsung - 55" Class Q80T Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV and wanted to feel extra secure so purchased the 5 year warranty plan. Hope I never have to USE it but if so ok I'm ready! From the past experiences I've had with Geek the SQUAD all went well when they came to my home to Calibrate my TV. They took their time and were very thorough.

Good value, reasonable cost, but could be made better with a "no use" small rebate. If you do not use the insurance at all. They rebate 25% of the cost in gift card value? This would add value and make the insurance even more attractive.

They are great. Very Helpful. I love the 24/7 support they have. My son threw somthing at my tv but because I have the protection I can get the TV fixed.

I had a five-year plan on my previous TV which went up unexpectedly. It took a couple weeks to have the TV looked at but they found it done. When they issued the replacement they gave me full value towards the new one. I actually upgraded my TV from the 50 inch switch died to a new 55 inch same brand for about 30 bucks!
