My first purchase of Geek Squad services! The technician who assisted me in store was courteous and helpful. I am looking forward to having this coverage for my electronic devices!

Says I have 2 years and I would like to get a new TV that would work as well as it did when I purchased it! I only have less than one week to do this or maybe a year and a week. But I haven’t been able to use it because of a glitch having my home landline listed instead of my mobile telephone.

It is very nice that Best Buy gives the opportunity to get a 2 yr or 5 yr warranty

Love this protection, they came thru when my other TV had lines across the screen, one phone call and a replacement TV was on the way

Got this for the husband for Father's day. He is a gamer and loves the graphics and clear picture. Can't get him off it now

I bought this TV yesterday. Unable to mount the stands to the TV either the screws were to long are the mounting holes are to short.

Would 100% recomm Buying protection for any item if they dont have it no longer they will refund you

I love this program, I am not really tech savy and the new Tvs are much smarter than I. Whenever I have a problem with my Sony Bravia and my Samsung Qled I just call and they come out and fix the problem for me. Usually its not the Tv, just the lack of knowledge of the user. LOL

wouldn't leave or buy anything from best buy without the knowledge that i would have a protection plan for my product. i have used the protection plan multiple times before and they do pay off in the long wrong if there is a problem.

Geek Squad provided great service, answered all my questions, and suggested a replacement tv.

The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable and werent pushy for sales.

I always buy the protection plan for items that are easily broken like gaming headsets and vacuums. It’s extremely easy to use.

Bought this protection with a television and ended up needing it, which got me the defective tv replaced for free. So glad I got it!! Purchased another item recently with this protection too, and hope to not need it again but kno I'm protected if I do. Appreciate the fact best buy does this service at a low cost.

Professional service. I had no luck in repairing my laptop but they handled it professionally. My unit was bought in Canada and I did manage to get it repair at BB in Canada.

Bought it because the sales person assured me the tv will die before the 5 years are up.

So I basically bought this coverage from my 55-in LG OLED TV, I was able to talk to the representatives and they rest assured me for the next 5 years my product would be safe. They answered I requested that I had available to me

Highly recommend this insurance policy on your expensive purchases if for nothing more than peace of mind. I’ve been very fortunate so far and haven’t needed to use it but it’s nice knowing it’s there if I do need it.
