I recommend Geek Squad protection to protect the product. The only negative is that I wish that Best Buy would lower the price on the plan, back to where it used to be. I almost didn't buy the plan due to the high cost.

If it breaks they'll come out and fix it or replace, id say thats worth it

Haven't needed to use my warranty yet and I hope I never will but I have used a best buy/geek squad warranty in the past and they always hold up their end of the deal.

Purchased this when I purchased my Sony Tv... Low nd behold my tv that I bought 2 yrs ago decided it wasn’t gonna work anymore...so I was able 2 call geek squad 2 come out Nd take a look... best service ever

The agents arrived right on time. Installed my new wall bracket and tv!! Totally recommend buying the 5 year contract. My old tv went out 4 years 11 months into the contract and the replacement was a total upgrade!!

The first year if this warrenty does not include Geek Squad until the Mfg's warrenty is over. They don't tell you that in the store. The Mfg rep is very hard to get ahold of to get support and they won't come to your house, just come in thru the internet. That doesn't help if the problem is intermittent.

They have a good service ,protection and very well knowledge. I recomend to buy the extended warranty .

I always like to get warranties on electronics and this was a reasonable price.

Ive used geek squad before and will definitely use it again. Any issues i have they are very informative and nice. I can get confused sometimes but they are very patient with my lack of knowledge.

Best buy came out and delivered my TV and it was a good experience all the way around..

Glad that I got geek squad because anything that I never had a warranty on for usually goes out but I have had my TV for a while no problem so I hope it not any problems but if I do I have the crap
