I bought the 5-year protection plan for my TV and boy am I glad I did it Best buy's been honorable and keeping the terms and conditions and replace my broken TV I was a hero for my family

Im an insignia fan. I actually purchased a used 65" right before I got married. Uhm 09 i figure. I bought this tv on sale last summer because the sound was going in and out on the old one. I was more than happy when I found this on massive sale!

OLED TVs are known to occasionally have risk of burn in, so geek squad protection is always a great idea when the warranty is only a year.

Had an issue with my Samsung sound bar after attempting to trouble shoot it they ended up just giving me store credit and letting me upgrade to a newer version without any issues

Every time you purchase some high-value equipment that is sensitive to changes in the electrical system, consider the extended warranty for as long as possible and, together with the manufacturer's, it will give you a lot of peace of mind when solving any problem with your equipment. Geek Squad are very responsible and above all very efficient with their services.

I mounted it by myself with help from a few friends as BestBuy doesn't deliver or come out to Eastern Oregon. Had to rent a trailer and fetch tv minus the fuel and time it took to retrieve my purchase.

Hopefully won't need it but was relatively lower priced than other insurance. Can't take any chances nowadays with tech.

Just lost my TV after 4 1/2 years. They gave me back ALL my money in credit to put towards a new TV. The Upgrade is 5 times better TV, and with a $1000 credit, I only spent $1400....yes, I bought a top of the line OLED...that's why it was $2400, but affordable with the $1000 credit. This is the 2nd time that has happened to me with a TV in the past 15 years, and both times I got ALL my money back in credit for a replacement. ALWAYS get the 5-year on a TV. Even if it lasts the whole 5 years, it will probably need a repair, and that alone more than covers the cost of the warranty.

Geek squad are always life savers. I highly recommend their service if you’re ever in a bind

I bought only the 2 year geek squad service. Hopefully the tv will outlast that, but I purchased due to the likely hood that any failure will probably be an early one and the squad will handle pixel or other failures after the 1 year HiSense warranty.

Associates connected every attachment necessary for full TV viewing.

Seems I always get Geek Squad warranty n never need it but it’s better to get it n hav it n not need it than to not get it n then need it Better to b safe than sorry

Its great to know that I am covered even further than the manufactured warranty.
