I bought the 5 year protection as a piece of mind after my last tv had issues right after the factory warranty expired.

Rather get the most out of your purchase why not be safe than sorry

I had such a pleasant man come and bring my tv. He was very knowledgeable about it. He kept me updated when he was going to be arriving and where he was at in his schedule.

I’ve never had to use this thankfully but I purchase it and out it on anything I get. Id rather be safe than sorry bc I’ve been very sorry before when something has broke and there was not a single thing I could do.

Tv is a great replacement for our old one that broke. best buy protection makes us feel alot better about the purchase.

So because of my C1 TV just shutting off I decided to get this extra protection plan to protect my C2 TV for an extra year, hopefully I don’t have any problems so far so good

Very good deal on Best Buy. Wanted to get the 65 inch but we’re sold out . Very good TV with vivid color and budget friendly. Installed this for my kids bedroom. It has multiple gaming consoles hooked up to it. It’s a pleasure watching on this television so far. Wanted to get a Vizio but heard Vizio TVs we’re having problems and issues so instead decided to go with this.

I bought this tv for my mom and dad and they are in love with it

I love my Toshiba Fire TV, with its beautiful crisp picture and great sound. It has multiple HDMIs and with having Roku/Amazon apps, I no longer need the usb sticks. Would recommend.

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

We love the geek squad. I always recommend getting a protection plan even if you don’t/won’t use it! It is worth it! I will not buy another large item without a protection plan. Geek squad is nice and very quick with what they do.

I bought this for an open box TV, but I have returned the TV and never used this.

Laborious process to get anything done. Takes a LONG time to have anyone come fix or check items.
