Def good to have geek Squad Protection for my LG C2 42 inch tv

The Geek squad has done a great job to make sure I have a TV that work properly.

Normally I don't like protection or extended warranties plans. I figure if you buy good products if anything goes wrong it will happen doing the warranty period. But recently I had some bad experience and feel this is worth the money.

Nothing better than the feeling of knowing if something goes wrong with it, it’s not only not my fault, but I don’t even have to worry about it!!!

They cleaned up everything after they were done no fuss just hard work

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

Always a good idea with hig dollar electronics. I have purchased this with out electronics in the past and it has saved me a lot of stress when the factory warranty ran out. A very good investment got me a couple replacements in the past when the factory warranty expired.

Having extended warranty gives me a great piece of mind. Best Buy is one of the top customer service provider.

The store plan adds good coverage to the warranty.

No issues yet. Great tv. Responsive, good colors, easy to use, and it sounds great! Very happy with purchase.

A. They didnt laugh at us when we needed their hlep because we couldnt open the remote to put the batteries in B. Professional and knowledgeable

I glad I purchased the additional coverage. It puts me at ease knowing if something goes wrong with the TV, I will be in good hands. I just purchase another TV and soundbar and wireless surround sound speakers today. I purchased coverage on all 3 items. NO worries.

I bought a Sharp 70 inches 3 years ago. The screen pixels started to go bad. I called Bestbuy and explained my observations. They sent out a tech to check it a day later. In two days they offered to give me another TV or comparable credit because my Sharp was no longer in stock. Am glad I spent the extra money for the additional 5 years warranty.

I haven't had to use it for my TV I just purchased, but I've used their Geek Squad warranty before and I can say it's excellent.

good tv didn't put it together left the box didn't do anything

If you buy electronics that are more than 1000 dollars, you should have this protection. I have used it twice and it was easy to get a replacement both times. Figure after a year, the television you had will be outdated and if something happens, you will get something that is comparable.
