    i'm really glad my new 43" 4K TV came with it. it was a reasonable price too, i decided i didn't need the 5 year one because that was too long. the two year for an extra $20 was perfect! I am worried something might happen to the TV one day, so i decided to get it.

    Because we got this TV for my parents, we thought it wise to get them the protection package as well! Am grateful we have that safety plan in place for whatever might happen!

    Any time of purchase big ticket items , I always purchase a warranty it’s better to be safe than sorry. You just never know when the device you purchased made malfunction. Things are just not built the same way

    It's good to have the protection plan in case something goes wrong with the tv. I like that geek squad will make house calls for any needed service unlike at other retailers where you would have to mail a large tv for service!

    I’ve never had to use this, but I know geek squad is great at what they do and I recommend getting this good warranty just in case something we’re to happen!

    When you buy something, you never expect it to break. When you pay big buck, you really never expect it to break. I payed $2000 for a TV and got the 2 year extended warranty. 1 week before it expired, it broke. 1 day before it expired and 1 day after it was fixed, I extended it another year. It's the best money I ever spend for peace of mind.

    A necessary add on when buying the Insignia tv brand. My orevious Insignia, which I loved, died after 4 years. And I did not have the extended warranty.

    I feel better having Geek Squad extended warranty protection than without it. Purchasing these warranties in the past has always paid off and worked out well. The Geek Squad techs know what they are doing.

    The agents mounted new set to existing mount, set up and walked thru basic operations and functions. Saved a bunch of frustration using Geek Squad

    Transportation problems

    Ordered 4 40" tvs all at the same time for a project. Everything was going fine until I opened the last box (#4). No image, just the line/shape screen, well actually I could see some of the menu to the left. Called Best Buy, said you're over 13 days, can't help you. Called Vizo next, at first they said 1 year warranty, but the next day and a few emails it was determined it was a Best Buy problem and they can't help us. Unfortunately we had to buy a 5th TV to complete the project.

    I had an issue with my TV. Tje replacement parts were unavailable. My TV without was replaced without a deduction for depreciation and without hesitation.

    Truly a must have when you purchase a new TV! I have had to use it in the past and boy was I glad I had this. If your spending alot of money on something that can can get damaged by nature along (lightning) than you definitely should have this protection.

    The tv is amazing, I bought it since the introductory oleds of 2021 the A1 doe not have an HDMI 2.1 Picture is awesome and plugged into ps5 or Xbox series x it looks great! this is my second OLED and counting,! highly recommend
