    Always recommend on electronics I.e. TVs you purchase the extended warranty. I had a tv that was four years old and started to have problems. Well the part that needed replacing they didn’t make any longer. Fortunately I had the extended warranty and got a new TV.

    I talked with a Geek Squad expert for about 3 minutes, and they were able to take my symptoms and ascertain that the device was hosed, that it should be returned. That is a sign of a good expert, that they will make the right decision with authority when needed.

    Protection Plan works

    We bought the protection plan when we bought the TV. The TV broke after about two or three year as the GEEK squad gave me a brand new one and installed ir and I paid nothing extra.

    Protection plan for a TV purchase

    I did not purchase a protection plan on day I purchased my 55 IN LG OLED TV. I had second thoughts after that. About 1 week later, I called and purchased the plan by phone. I felt at ease. The customer rep was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

    The tv quality itself is great. The speaker is decent but i did pair it with a bose sound bar instead. Took a star off because the remote is cheaply made and has to be paired if you change the batteries.

    I can feel safe with the coverage , I have now. Had a TV that seemed perfect in the beginning, however, I didn't notice the sluggish remote signal, after the 1 year warranty on $1300.00 worth, BB still swapped it out. Proud of the $169.00, I spent on protection.

    I bought an inexpensive smart tv for my grandkids to use in our garage. So far so good, but I thought insurance would be a good idea, and the price was right.

    I absolutely love the Geek Squad. Anytime I call with any questions (no matter how simple, hard or ridiculous) they find the best answers and give the best advice. The reason I insist on purchasing all of my electronics at best buy is solely due to the Geek Squad.

    I hope I never have to use it, but the coverage is good for a good price. Only negative is that I would have to bring it in because it is smaller than 42". I guess that is OK, but I am a small 65+ woman. Not easy for me.
