VERY happy with the Geek Squad's delivery and complete set up of our new Samsung TV. Glad we got the 2-year Geek Squad Protection.

Purchased this Geek Squad protection plan to hedge my investment into our new Sony flat screen TV. Hopefully, I may never have to use it but if I do, I am confident that Best Buy will fix the problem quickly and without any hassles.

Best product to buy really loved it . Total value for money

2 year plan for sound bar is good to have in case speakers have issues within those years of break in use

I have used the protection plan before and got a new TV when it couldn't be repaired, and we have a lot of lightning storms where I live now. Got a good price on TV but I want to be safe and not sorry.

Have used the Geek squad many, many time for different items we have purchased. They are polite and know what they are doing and make sure everyone is working before they leave and also encourage you to call if you have any problems or questions.

Great tv excellent image quality resolution, I use it to watch movies and play games on my PS5, I recommend it to anyone

It’s good to have protection on your items that you purchase, because accident do happen.

This 2 year protection plan came in handy once my tv stopped working almost 2 years to the purchase date. Geek Squad mailed it out to be diagnosed and within 2 days I received an email that my device would be replaced. I went in and was given a gift card.
