Not needed 2 weeks waited for delivery And wasn't happy with the tv

I don’t mind spending the extra money to have peace of mind knowing that if I have an issue after the factory warranty runs out that I will be able to still receive repairs or a replacement!

Got a 2 year warranty on my sons tv. He had a seizure and he fell on the tv which caused it to crack n they hindered the warranty even tho it was accidental.

Got this 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection for a TV. I have kids, so you never know what will happen.... seeing how they broke the last TV that was over 10 years old where this one was going in at. Gotta be prepared.

We bought this to go with our son's tv. We haven't had to use it, but it was a lot easier to enroll in and alot easier to use if we have to than other protection plans that we have had. Glad to know that it is protected if we have to use it period

Yes I bought it because TVs suck and after a little while don’t work right welcome to the age of throwing crap out. This is not a waste if you know that it cost more to just mount the new tv than have the pros handle it

Usually recommend the protection plan that Best Buy offers..my last tv went wrong and Best Buy took care of it with no issues just be aware it doesn’t cover physical damage so if the screen cracks it voids the store protection plan

Geek Squad is very much worth it if you need help setting a device up or mounting a tv! Also are reliable when you want to make a claim for a device.

Great to have this coverage if needed. Hope to never have to use it but good to have that peace of mind.

The Geek Squad warranty is the greatest thing ever! It has saved me money and hassle more than once. Best Buy and Geek Squad have taken care of me when I had my doubts that even they could cover it. I would never buy anything without the warranty!

The first TV worked for about 4 days and had to be returned. I have had this TV for about 6 month’s and have had no issues so far. Best Buy picked up the bad Tv and brought me the new Tv to my residence and I live about 1 1/2 away from any Best Buy.

I bought this protection only because it was not so expensive and figured why not. Manufacturers don't make things to last like they use to so I figure i protect myself just in case.

Well worth the initial cost. It has saved me on 2 large screen TVs. Keep in mind that it expires when you use it on a defective item whether it's used after 1 month or 5 years.
