Buying 2 yrs really only gives 2nd yr coverage.

The only thing that bothers me is that the first year, the coverage is actually covered by the manufacturer. So your paying of "two years"really only gives me 2nd year coverage. At least that's the way I understand it.

I buy it for a majority of my products and whenever I need a service or replacement I take my product in, the associate sees that I have the protection plan and they replace the product with a brand new one.

If the TV happenes to fail in the 5 year Geek Squad warranty, a new TV of same size willll be substituted as the original will most likely no longer be available
