You can never go wrong with a product like this this is my second one and I have no complaints

Have not needed to use them but I have seen their vehicles on the road a lot and ads.

Geeks are always happy to help with whatever the issue is. Even if it wasn’t a problem but just my lack of knowledge. Super awesome service!

We purchased the extra protection for our new TV, not because we thought it would ever be used, but because we wanted peace of mind “just in case.” It’s a great product and will be there for us in the unlikely event we would ever need it.

I haven’t used it yet and hopefully I won’t have too. But I know they will do there job when it come to giving me good service !!

I don't always get warranties, but for as little as this cost to cover my 32" TV it is well worth it. 42 cents a month to cover it for 5 years, and if something does go wrong, I just have to bring it back to any Best Buy and they have all the info!

Being covered is worth it especially when you don’t have to cone out if your pocket spending to much money

My previous TV had a problem in less than 2 years. The manufacturer only covered 1 year. Trying to get it repaired was too expensive. This 5 year protection plan is worth it in case something goes wrong.

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

Highly recommend purchasing this extra coverage. Makes perfect sense if and when anything were to go wrong with my new tv after the original warranty expires.

I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad protection on my large screen TV for an Airbnb unit. I thought the cost was reasonable and the Geek Squad provides me with confidence that any problems can receive immediate online attention & service. Worth it.

5 years of geek squad.. 5 years! Havent need to call the squad, but good to know I can if need be.

Great value. Well worth it. Take care of any issues or damage that might come up for a full five years.

Bought this for my new QD OLED TV, I hope nothing happens to it but will be good for the peace of mind.
